📋 Description

• Facilitate agile processes and promote collaboration to ensure efficient and successful project delivery • Apply functional and technical knowledge to achieve scrum goals and contribute to solutions for moderate-scope and complex problems • Facilitate scrum events, including daily standups, sprint events, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication between team members and stakeholders • Guide and coach the team on Agile principles, practices, and ceremonies • Assist the Product Owner in refining and prioritizing the product backlog • Identify and address impediments and roadblocks, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve them • Continuously improve team processes and practices by implementing agile techniques and suggesting adaptations • Support transparency, collaboration, and open communication among team members and stakeholders • Manage stakeholders and recalibrate expectations as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor Degree • 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager, including managing projects, processes, and teams delivering web-based solutions • Experience with managing a technical product portfolio, leading a technical team, and creating and delivering client briefings and status reports • Knowledge of program activities using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Strict attention to detail • Commitment to delivering high-quality results • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Required) • Reliable internet service that allows for effective telecommuting
