📋 Description

• Direct team activities, including overseeing and coordinating Scrum events • Identify and address obstacles or impediments hindering team progress • Coach and mentor the team and stakeholders • Foster collaboration and effective communication across teams • Support the Product Owner with product backlog management and prioritization • Develop strategies to monitor and measure team progress through established metrics • Promote self-organization and autonomy among team members • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and productivity • Develop policies and procedures for an agile governance framework • Collaborate with departments to develop project management tools, tracking systems, communication platforms, and automation frameworks • Lead and communicate with agile teams on the roadmap for agile adoption and gain stakeholder buy-in • Research emerging agile concepts to inform decisions and improve the agile practice • Consolidate industry benchmarks and case studies to identify applicable strategies and approaches • Create a repository of academic research papers, journals, and publications on agile practices, Lean thinking, team dynamics, and organizational change • Decide on project management tools and collaboration platforms to enhance agile team productivity • Report on the progress and outcomes of agile initiatives • Develop cross-functional collaborations for information-sharing and resource distribution

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years work experience • ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) required • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills • Adept at business intelligence • Adept at collaboration and teamwork • Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills • Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
