📋 Description

• Lead Agile ceremonies across one or more AI or technology delivery teams, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement • Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering, Data, and AI teams to clarify priorities and sprint goals • Own delivery planning, milestone tracking, dependencies, risks, issues, and project coordination • Identify and remove blockers involving technical dependencies, data access, integrations, security reviews, and shared services • Track velocity, throughput, cycle time, and unplanned work to identify risks and improvement opportunities • Protect sprint commitments and help teams manage changing priorities • Coordinate work across teams, stakeholders, and external partners • Provide visibility into project status, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines • Communicate progress and potential issues to technical teams and senior stakeholders • Lead retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives • Coach teams on Agile best practices, accountability, ownership, and collaboration • Support project governance and executive-level reporting across AI initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Scrum Master, Agile Delivery, Project Management, or similar roles • Experience working with technical, data, AI, or software engineering teams • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices • Solid project management skills, including planning, risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder communication • Experience managing multiple projects, teams, or workstreams simultaneously • Strong facilitation, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills • Ability to identify blockers and proactively drive them toward resolution • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and communicating delivery status, risks, and trade-offs • Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar • Comfortable working in fast-moving environments where priorities can evolve quickly
