📋 Description

• Lead one or more Agile teams • Coach Scrum Masters • Drive Agile maturity • Ensure successful delivery of strategic business and technology initiatives • Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, Delivery Leaders, and business stakeholders • Remove impediments and improve team effectiveness • Manage risks and deliver measurable business value • Support portfolio planning, financial management, and organizational Agile transformation efforts

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a technology driven environment • Advanced knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks • Experience leading large-scale technology or business initiatives • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Clarity • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Certification preferred • Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Certification preferred • PMP Certification preferred
