📋 Description

• Guide teams and organizations using Agile/Scrum best practices, methodologies, and values • Assess Scrum maturity and coach teams toward higher levels of maturity • Remove impediments or guide teams in removing impediments • Facilitate completion of work assignments, including assigning or dictating work assignments • Facilitate discussion, decision-making, team building, and conflict resolution • Assist with internal and external communication, improve transparency, and radiate information • Support product managers in maximizing return on investment (ROI) and meeting organizational objectives • Support and educate the Product Owner, including grooming and maintaining the product backlog • Engage in agile delivery using Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, and other agile methodologies • Support teams using a servant leadership style and lead by example

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of Scrum Master experience • Scrum Master Certification • Experience with Change Management • Expertise and/or relevant experience in identifying and building Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure program performance (desirable but not mandatory) • Experience with agile tracking tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps (desirable but not mandatory) • Experience creating and maintaining product timelines, status reports, communication plans, and other product management documentation (desirable but not mandatory)
