📋 Description

• Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, Sprint Planning/Grooming, Sprint Reviews/Demos, and Retrospectives • Maintain JIRA and other information radiators for teams • Mentor and coach team members on Agile values, principles, practices, and processes • Enable teams to become self-organizing and self-managing • Work with Product Management to develop release plans and maintain well-groomed, prioritized, and visible product backlogs • Motivate teams and promote collective responsibility for analysis, development, testing, documentation, and other committed work • Identify, address, and communicate project risks, dependencies, and team impediments • Ensure the definition of done is defined at story, sprint, and release levels • Facilitate productivity through discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution • Shield teams from external interference • Support internal and external communication and improve transparency • Build a trusting and safe environment focused on problem solving • Assess Scrum maturity and coach teams toward sustainable higher maturity levels • Promote continuous improvement and recommend adjustments to delivery practices • Participate in Scrum of Scrums meetings for cross-team collaboration, release-plan coordination, and testing integration • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers • Support software development lifecycle delivery for complex systems serving U.S. Courts and related justice-service stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus at least five years (5+) of experience in an Agile development environment • Experience using and implementing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) • Ability to manage multiple projects and multitask in a high-tempo environment • Experience with software development or working in a software development organization • Ability to foster and enhance team dynamics and collaboration • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Scrum Master (PMI-ACP) • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • Energetic, goal-oriented, proactive, innovative, hardworking, and patient • No security clearance currently required • No U.S. citizenship required • 40 scheduled hours per week • Must complete an identity verification process involving biometrics and artificial intelligence • Expected to be on camera during virtual interviews
