📋 Description

• Architect and automate enterprise IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) capabilities • Design and configure Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) workflows • Align platform architecture with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) • Maintain CMDB health by configuring Data Certification, Discovery, Reconciliation, and Health Assessments • Design and build integrations between ServiceNow and external data sources • Establish robust data governance policies for hardware and software assets • Create and maintain detailed technical and functional documentation • Contribute to IT-related technical processes reviews, postmortems, and continual process improvement • Provide technical guidance, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience • Expert proficiency in ServiceNow CMDB and ITAM, including SAM and HAM • Expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAM, HAM, and CSDM structures • Deep understanding of software licensing metrics and physical hardware asset lifecycles • Experience in ServiceNow platform architecture, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub • Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, JSON, and REST/SOAP web services • Certification: ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator • Must possess and maintain a Secret or higher clearance • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
