📋 Description

• Review and evaluate software products and/or systems to ensure adherence to company and customer quality standards • Lead/Manage/Support Write and execute test plans using JIRA application • Engage with clients/users/stakeholders to define system scope and objectives • Provide support and technical advice throughout Agile sprint cycles • Validate enhancements to existing system in addition to coordinating with other QA/testing personnel and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Technical Training, Certifications(s) or Degree • Experience: 3+ years of related experience in computer engineering, computer science, information systems, or related technical discipline • Technical Skills: Ability to learn new systems and create customized and/or automated test cases • Experience with Scrum/Agile project lifecycle approach to software development and testing • Experience in Jira to support configuration management in an Agile environment • Exposure to or ability to learn DevOps methodologies and solutions • Exposure to or ability to learn SQL and SQL*Plus • Role Requirements: Adept at problem-solving, troubleshooting, collaboration, time management, multi-tasking, and task ownership • Excellent communication skills • Security Clearance Level: Public Trust (DHS HQ EOD required to start; must be able to obtain DHS HQ Final Suitability) • US Citizenship Required
