📋 Description

• Support GDIT’s Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) program • Work within a cross-functional Agile team alongside testers and technical writers • Participate in Agile Sprint planning, tracking, and execution • Write test cases and conduct test events validating ICAM software configuration and operation • Ensure deployed capabilities adhere to company standards and contract requirements • Ensure testing conclusions and recommendations are supported by test results • Keep project leadership informed of test status and deviations from documented user requirements • Support the design, development, integration, and maintenance of DoD applications moving into the ICAM solution • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents • Develop and execute functional, integration, regression, data integrity, and stress tests • Identify and document defects and collaborate with developers • Track JIRA assignments and report progress in daily Scrum sessions • Track defects and report metrics on system performance, security, data integrity, and reliability • Provide test results and findings to technologists and stakeholders • Support troubleshooting and resolution of end-user issues • Manage functional-area risks and issues to close technical gaps

🎯 Requirements

• Must currently hold an active DoD Security Clearance of SECRET or higher • U.S. citizenship required • Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or additional work experience in lieu of degree • Minimum 5 years of hands-on software testing experience • Experience with software testing types and methods supporting Agile Software Development • Proficiency in generating test strategies, collecting metrics, analyzing data, and validation • Experience decomposing requirements into detailed test cases for functional and regression testing • Experience implementing test tools supporting automation and performance testing • Experience coordinating test environment setup • Experience and/or basic understanding of Jira and Zephyr • Experience working in a DoD environment on a Cloud system • Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, written, verbal, and customer-facing communication skills • Must reside in the CONUS • Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira • Experience with test management tools such as Zephyr • Experience managing change processes such as build promotions to OAT and Production environments • Technical proficiency with SQL, including creating queries to validate data integrity and other data constraints • Experience implementing testing and configuration management methodologies supporting continuous integration
