📋 Description
• Transform technology into opportunity as a Test Engineer at GDIT • Provide Software Test and Evaluation Capability - plan, prepare, and perform testing, evaluation, verification, and validation of software • Team lead role, responsible for providing guidance and leadership to test team members • Lead QA efforts for BMC Helix • Developing and maintaining comprehensive test plans and test cases • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and acceptance testing • Prepare and deliver reports and advance analysis related to past performance and future efforts • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine testing and evaluation strategies.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of related experience • Active Secret clearance required • Validation of workflows within BMC Helix or closely related enterprise service management platforms • Establishing QA frameworks to consistently evaluate unstructured, dynamic AI outputs for accuracy and safety • Design and execution of test plans for Agentic AI, focusing on multi-orchestration, intent recognition, and decision trees • Testing automation frameworks capable of evaluating APIs, microservices and web interfaces • Bachelor’s Degree in technical discipline.
