📋 Description

• Perform continuous testing for security, API, and regression suites • Participate in scrum meetings and Agile ceremonies and processes • Plan, construct, and execute test scripts • Apply business and functional knowledge, testing standards, guidelines, and methodologies • Ensure testing results are accessible and understandable • Track defects in a defect repository • Execute assigned testing activities within specified time frames and committed delivery dates • Perform regression, test automation, performance, functionality, and usability testing • Create reports and document defects to support continuous improvement of end-to-end testing • Support CMS’s Federally Facilitated Exchange program across Plan Management, Eligibility & Enrollment, Financial Management, Marketplace Consumer Record, and other functional areas • Produce estimates for new functionality or enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; résumé should include institute names and graduation dates • 3+ years of end-to-end Agile manual and automated software testing experience • Experience with Technical Test Execution and Test Management • Experience participating in code reviews • Experience monitoring, reporting, and documenting defects • Experience developing test scripts and performing functional testing using Java and JavaScript • Python preferred • Hands-on experience with Rational and CQ testing administration tools • Familiarity with NoSQL databases • Experience with JIRA defect tracking • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to consistently deliver accurate, thorough work adhering to specifications and established standards • Established residency in the U.S. for at least 3 of the last 5 years • Ability to obtain a Federal Public Trust • Work visa sponsorship will not be provided • Gatling Test Execution experience preferred • Scala REST APIs experience preferred • Experience using AI tools for test case creation and automation preferred • Experience supporting data and test suite configuration with Jenkins/GitHub preferred • Ability to adapt to changing priorities • Ability to work independently and as a team member • Strong organizational, attention-to-detail, multitasking, and time-management skills • Agile certification such as SAFe Practitioner, SAFe Agilist, CSM, or other agile certification preferred • Ability to perform in high-pressure environments and under strict deadlines
