📋 Description

• Lead requirements elicitation, documentation, and refinement for eligibility, claims, provider management, member services, and payment workflows • Collaborate with technical teams, operational staff, system vendors, QA testers, and government stakeholders • Validate workflow logic and support testing efforts • Ensure requirements traceability • Resolve issues impacting TPA operations • Use requirements management tools, workflow modeling, healthcare administrative expertise, and integration analysis techniques • Support clear, aligned business requirements, workflows, and system interactions for accurate and compliant healthcare delivery • Support the World Trade Center Health Program’s third-party administrator core services

🎯 Requirements

• Technical training, certification(s), or degree • 3+ years of related experience in healthcare operations, payer systems, or federal program support preferred • Experience with requirements management • Experience with workflow/process mapping • Experience with EDI or API integrations • Experience with eligibility and claims systems • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms • Must currently possess MBI (T2) public trust/other required clearance • US citizenship required • Ability to collaborate with technical and operational teams • Familiarity with HIPAA and secure handling of PHI/PII • Experience validating system behavior • Ability to travel 0–10% / less than 10% as needed
