📋 Description

• Lead the development and execution of the AI transformation program for the Grid Systems Integration (GSI) business • Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Business Line Lead to define the AI strategy and translate it into concrete initiatives • Identify and prioritize high-value use cases • Restructure workflows and operating models in line with the strategy and a Lean mindset • Drive deployment of AI initiatives and promote organization-wide adoption • Ensure measurable business impact to make AI a driver of sustainable competitive advantage • Develop strategic external partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3/4) in engineering, business, operations, computer science, data science, or a related field • Significant experience in business transformation, operations, digital transformation, AI, data analytics, or program leadership • Proven track record delivering cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact • Strong understanding of AI, data analytics, automation, and digital technologies, with the ability to apply them to operational challenges • Experience leading small teams and the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills • Experience working with internal capabilities and external partners
