📋 Description

• Lead the development and execution of the AI transformation program • Define the AI strategy and translate it into concrete initiatives • Identify and prioritize high-value use cases • Restructure workflows and operating models • Oversee the deployment of AI initiatives • Drive adoption of these tools across the organization • Ensure measurable business impact • Develop strategic external partnerships • Collaborate closely with the internal Foundry • Manage a small team of project managers and data analysts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (equivalent to Bac+3/4) in engineering, business, operations, computer science, data science, or a related field • Significant experience in business transformation, operations, digital transformation, AI, data analytics, or program leadership • Proven track record in delivering cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact • Strong understanding of AI, data analytics, automation, and digital technologies, with the ability to apply them to operational challenges • Experience leading small teams and the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills • Experience working with internal company capabilities and external partners
