• Develop business opportunities and lead large-scale campaigns to win new markets and generate revenue for major projects (upgrades, modernizations, long‑term service contracts, etc.) • Negotiate and close complex, high-value contracts in collaboration with direct sales teams • Identify new opportunities by leveraging GE's HVDC and FACTS service portfolio • Develop customer-focused solutions to address client challenges and build lasting, mutually beneficial relationships • Develop, manage, and report on progress against the annual operating plan and identify initiatives to support the growth strategy
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience • Proven experience in leadership roles within services, sales, and tendering/procurement, managing multi‑million dollar budgets • More than 10 years of experience in services, sales, application engineering and/or marketing related to the electric grid/power systems sector • Demonstrated ability to research and analyze data to develop bidding strategies, including identifying potential partnership opportunities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work flexibly during bid periods and perform under significant time and commercial pressure
