⢠University degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, or Business Administration from an accredited University or college ⢠Minimum of 15 years of experience in large, complex infrastructure projects (Energy, Power Transmission, Oil & Gas, or Industrial Construction) ⢠Demonstrated success in managing the full lifecycle of complex claims and leading high-stakes negotiations ⢠Extensive experience with international frameworks (FIDIC, NEC, EPC, or bespoke contracts) ⢠Proven track record in regional or functional leadership, managing professional teams ⢠Professional fluency in English (French would be a plus)
