📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership to ensure sustained customer success and growth throughout the post-sales lifecycle • Drive excellence across training, professional services, technical support, renewals, and customer advocacy • Work closely with GE customers to understand and define high level scope, project plans and resourcing at all stages of a project or program lifecycle • Influence the development of strategy for the area of responsibility • Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes or services • Communicate difficult concepts and influence others' opinions on particular topics • Lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and 8 years of experience in program management OR High School Diploma / GED with at least 10 years of experience in program management • 5+ Previous experience in software, utility, or adjacent field project delivery • Specialized knowledge within the function • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Previous experience delivering Grid Software projects • Financial training/education or demonstrated mastery through previous experience of managing multiple million dollar projects • Utility Operational technology domain experience
