• Responsible for successful delivery of multiple complex DERMS projects as an USA/EU Regional Delivery Leader. • Drive thought leadership in DERMS and related areas with our customers and partners worldwide. • Work with Portfolio Leaders regionally to deploy top talent on respective DERMS projects. • Lead and coordinate domain-level technical and business discussions related to future architecture direction across the product line. • Assist pre-sales cycles of DERMS opportunities by engaging effectively with the Sales Teams globally. • Lead regional DERMS teams and ensure technical deliverables during the entire lifecycle of the projects.
• Strong Utilities Industry Knowledge and DERMS domain expertise • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. • Minimum 10 years relevant work experience in the software Industry. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. • Established project management skills. • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. As GE Vernova is a global organization, working across different time zones, and monitoring, reading and responding to contact outside normal working hours can be expected.
