📋 Description

• Serve as the primary internal communications partner for Culture and People leadership, including HR ELT support • Aid with CEO communications • Develop and execute communications strategies that bring GE Vernova’s culture, values, inclusion, and people priorities to life • Manage and coach the Total Rewards communications team member to deliver clear, timely, and engaging content • Create executive messaging, talking points, presentations, and enterprise communications that support people-related initiatives • Partner with HR, Talent, Inclusion, and business leaders to support major announcements, campaigns, and employee engagement efforts • Help ensure people communications are aligned with business strategy, employee experience goals, and enterprise priorities • Measure effectiveness of communications efforts and adjust strategies based on employee feedback, reach, and engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience • 10+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employee engagement, or related field • Strong executive presence and trusted-advisor mindset • Experience supporting HR or culture-related communications strongly preferred • Demonstrated ability to write clearly, strategically, and persuasively for employee audiences • Experience counseling leaders and managing communications projects in a fast-paced environment • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority • Experience managing or mentoring direct reports preferred
