• Create, own, and continuously improve contract management processes and procedures at the regional level • Design and implement vendor recovery processes and procedures to maximize contractual recoveries from suppliers and subcontractors • Manage and serve as the primary contract owner for key large customers • Lead claim mitigation efforts, identify emerging risks, and manage LD calculations and mitigation strategies across projects, warranty, and service contracts • Provide strategic contractual guidance to teams across projects, services, and transactional business • Support base contract language revisions and support enterprise-wide procedures, playbooks, and frameworks
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college • at least 7 years of experience in operations, commercial, sales, contract management, or project management functions • Significant experience supporting project execution, contracts, and service agreements • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Experience with contract claim mitigation, liquidated damages calculations, and risk management • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management, including pre-award, execution, warranty, and services phases
