• Responsible for data capture, analysis & reporting to assist Trinity Health leadership in achieving operational efficiency • Audits department information, produces reports & suggests improvements • Collaborates on performance improvement activities • Utilizes multiple system applications for analysis, report creation & educational materials • Maintains working knowledge of applicable laws & regulations • Collects and validates large datasets for accuracy • Develops dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel • Supports competitive bidding processes and contract optimization opportunities
• Bachelor’s degree with major course work in business, supply chain management, or data science • At least 3 years of sourcing experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience • Comprehensive knowledge and skills in advanced data analytics and procurement practices including intermediate to advanced excel skills • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar applications • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner • Experience in data visualization, statistical analysis, and business intelligence tools • Ability to identify problems, make recommendations and implement solutions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail, accuracy, and customer service qualities • Ability to work effectively in a large, multi-level, geographically dispersed organization
