📋 Description

• Perform timely and accurate preventative maintenance on medical equipment in hospitals or healthcare systems • Troubleshoot and perform moderately complex service repairs • Lead equipment installations, validations, maintenance, and service repairs • Lead customer communications and serve as an escalation point for customer concerns • Own customer issues from dispatch or identification through resolution • Engage other team members to ensure appropriate customer solutions • Support contract and on-demand revenue growth through customer and service-sales relationships • Maintain customer relationships and provide timely communication, resolution, and follow-up • Follow company policies, procedures, hospital protocols, and regulatory requirements • Document all work performed daily, including debriefing, metrics, and parts ordering • Recommend value-added services to customers and sales teams • Use GEHC escalation processes and collaborate with regional and national support on corrective action plans • Comply with GEHC quality, EHS, compliance, and applicable legal requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent military education and 4 years of experience servicing electronic equipment, or high school diploma/GED and 6 years of relevant experience • Valid driver's license • Experience with web applications and Microsoft Suite products • Legal authorization to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available • Availability after hours and/or for a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities while maintaining customer satisfaction • Experience working with Mammography and X-Ray • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 lbs. unassisted • Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods • Ability to reach at, above, and below shoulder level; flex/extend neck; and demonstrate good hand and finger dexterity • Required vision abilities may include color, close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception • Compliance with applicable quality, EHS, regulatory, and company requirements • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
