📋 Description

• Lead a cross-functional team and direct reports through development and production introduction of the improved T901 turbine engine for the U.S. Army • Align stakeholders to program milestones and ensure disciplined execution • Develop and maintain the integrated product support plan for the T901 program • Manage execution through qualification, entry into service, and transition to sustainment readiness • Coordinate support activities across Support Equipment, Repair Engineering, Technical Publications, Reliability, Maintainability, Human Factors Engineering, Provisioning, Customer Training, and Maintenance Data Systems • Develop cost and schedule planning estimates supporting internal and external Earned Value Management processes • Drive visibility to risks, assumptions, and execution status • Manage product and service development from concept through production introduction, ensuring supportability is designed-in and scalable • Influence product support strategy, resource planning, and policy development • Recommend best practices to improve products, processes, and services • Develop and implement the digital strategy for the T901 engine • Assess incomplete or complex information and develop recommendations using multiple data sources • Generate solutions addressing technical, schedule, and customer challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college • Minimum 5 years of experience in product support and/or product development • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Ability to analyze and resolve problems • Ability to lead programs/projects • Ability to document, plan, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, or have granted asylee or refugee status), or obtain U.S. Government authorization to access U.S. export-controlled information • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • May be subject to random and reasonable-suspicion drug and alcohol testing
