• Lead source change management for an assigned portfolio of hardware, suppliers, and/or programs • Drive new product introduction activities, including design and configuration changes, so parts are qualified and production-ready on time without supply disruption • Partner with internal functions and suppliers to develop milestone plans, track execution, resolve risks, and deliver quality and delivery outcomes • Maintain and communicate source change and NPI execution plans across supply chain, commodity, program, and customer stakeholders • Translate source change priorities into actionable plans based on delivery, quality, and fleet needs • Identify execution gaps, escalate issues, and drive corrective actions using enterprise and supplier resources • Provide updates to Materials, Planning, and Commodity teams on supply overlap, production readiness, and source-change implementation • Partner with Commodity Buyers when commercial support or supplier intervention is required • Represent supplier readiness and change status in integrated product team and program discussions • Apply sourcing, procurement, and operational knowledge to support decisions aligned with contracts, company policy, and business strategy • Lead small to mid-sized cross-functional projects and build stakeholder alignment • Serve as a resource to less experienced team members and support problem solving
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with minimum 8 years of professional experience, OR associate's degree with minimum 10 years, OR high school diploma with minimum 12 years • Minimum 6 years of experience in change management, project management, supply chain, sourcing, or related fields • Ability to travel 10–20% • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and influencing skills • Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and drive solutions • Experience leading programs, projects, or cross-functional initiatives • Strong planning, organization, and execution skills • Experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or industrial operations • Ability to influence outcomes without direct authority • Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment • Analytical problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must meet U.S. Person status requirements for access to U.S. export-controlled information • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable; employees may be subject to random and reasonable-suspicion drug and alcohol testing
