📋 Description

• Lead source change management for an assigned portfolio of hardware, suppliers, and/or programs • Drive execution of new product introduction activities, including design and configuration changes • Partner with internal functions and suppliers to develop milestone plans, track execution, resolve risks, and deliver quality and delivery outcomes • Translate source change priorities into actionable plans based on customer impact • Identify execution gaps, escalate issues, and drive corrective actions • Provide regular updates to ensure supply overlap, production readiness, and successful implementation of source changes • Represent supplier readiness in integrated product team and program discussions • Apply sourcing, procurement, and operational knowledge to support decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 additional years of experience in change management, project management, or supply chain-related roles • Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, project management, supply chain, sourcing, or related fields • Ability to travel 10-20%
