📋 Description

• Identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities in high-friction, repetitive, decision-intensive, and manually coordinated workflows • Frame AI opportunities around measurable business and customer outcomes • Assess process maturity, data readiness, integration requirements, value potential, risk, and responsible AI considerations • Develop opportunity hypotheses, experience concepts, value cases, and pilot recommendations • Maintain an AI experience opportunity backlog and provide input into product planning and investment decisions • Translate AI experience concepts into product requirements, journey maps, service blueprints, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and AI evaluation criteria • Partner with Product Managers and delivery teams to incorporate AI capabilities into product roadmaps and backlogs • Collaborate with UX, architecture, engineering, data and analytics, cybersecurity, quality assurance, legal, privacy, and compliance teams • Lead rapid prototyping, experimentation, and user validation • Help create AI-native products and experiences that reduce coordination overhead, increase customer-facing time, improve decision quality, accelerate speed to market, and deliver measurable business value

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, design, engineering, computer science, or a related field • 3-5 years of experience in product management, digital experience, workflow transformation, enterprise technology, service design, or a related discipline • Experience redesigning complex enterprise workflows and translating them into intuitive user and customer experiences • Strong product thinking and ability to connect user needs, business outcomes, technology capabilities, and measurable value • Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority • Ability to work effectively with senior business and IT leaders, technical teams, vendors, and frontline users • Strong communication, facilitation, storytelling, and executive presentation skills • Experience operating in a highly regulated, security-conscious, or data-sensitive environment • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must successfully complete a drug screen, as applicable • GE HealthCare will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future
