📋 Description

• Support course publishing and ongoing course maintenance within MCT and LX • Work with CEMs, CAS teams, and course owners to ensure courses are set up correctly • Confirm course information, ownership, metadata, and compliance details • Review courses before and after publishing • Support post-training courses and maintenance requests • Review and clean up course records, compliance information, metadata, and configurations • Ensure source files and supporting documents are stored correctly • Support complex MCT help desk escalations and troubleshoot learner, enrollment, launch, completion, reporting, and integration issues • Recreate issues, impersonate users when needed, test courses, and coordinate with development teams • Assist with Articulate Rise questions and course standards • Manage feature requests for MCT, My Training, and related tools • Identify issues, gather feedback, create business cases, and develop scope and requirement documents • Meet with development teams, test changes, and provide QA feedback • Support discovery of new tools and future platforms • Gather business requirements and define future-state process needs • Research approved AI technologies and GE HealthCare use cases • Support development and testing of GE HealthCare Learning Insights and Atlas • Review historical documentation, reports, administrative processes, and workflows • Provide backup operational support

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical troubleshooting skills • Attention to detail • Knowledge of MCT/LX processes • Experience with course authoring and publishing tools • Ability to manage competing priorities • Ability to translate business needs into process improvements, requirements, testing plans, and practical solutions • Experience with MCT and LX • Experience with Articulate Rise • Experience troubleshooting learner access, enrollment, course launches, completions, Rustici, Salesforce, reporting, and integration issues • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • GE HealthCare will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future
