📋 Description

• Own complex cross-functional programs end to end, from problem framing through delivery • Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Preferred • Build and maintain objectives, owners, milestones, risks, and dependency tracking • Communicate program status, decisions, and blockers to working teams and senior leadership • Run working sessions and stakeholder reviews to drive decisions • Identify stalled work and surface decisions or tradeoffs to unblock it • Support development and documentation of Go-to-Market operating norms • Run pilots for new Go-to-Market motions and assess readiness for broader rollout

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program management, GTM strategy, sales operations, or management consulting • Track record of running complex, cross-functional programs • Ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations and define paths forward • Ability to connect programs to business objectives • Comfortable investigating root causes and presenting points of view • Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and work across competing priorities • Clear communication and ability to adapt messaging to different audiences • Comfortable working with data from Salesforce and SQL-based sources • Ability to anticipate downstream effects and identify risks
