📋 Description

• Lead implementation and ongoing management of new tools, enhancements, and internal process improvements • Plan, execute, and oversee operations and technology-related projects from intake and discovery through rollout and stabilization • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements • Track project work and metrics using appropriate tools and techniques • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend scalable improvements that improve data quality and reduce risk • Lead workflow redesign and cleanup initiatives by identifying root causes and eliminating unnecessary complexity • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and IT teams • Manage competing priorities and stakeholder expectations across concurrent initiatives • Facilitate decision-making by articulating tradeoffs, risks, and impacts • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies • Anticipate downstream impacts of tool and process changes and coordinate change management activities • Support successful adoption through communication, documentation, and enablement • Communicate project progress, issues, and solutions to stakeholders • Establish governance and operating procedures supporting visibility and accountability • Monitor KPIs and report on project outcomes • Protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information and systems • Apply security and privacy best practices in all work activities

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a GTM, business systems or operations environment • Proven experience implementing or managing new software • Experience using project management tools such as Confluence, Monday.com, or Smartsheet • Strong communication and facilitation skills • Analytical mindset with experience measuring and reporting on project management KPIs • Strong leadership and collaboration skills • Familiarity with Salesforce, billing, analytics or workflow platforms • Experience working with global or distributed teams • Change management experience is a plus • Successful completion of a background check • Participation in mandatory security and privacy training • Ability to adhere to the organization’s security and privacy policies, procedures, and standards • E-Verify and drug-free workplace requirements
