📋 Description

• Manage successful implementation and delivery of customer satellite communication networks from solution development through deployment and ongoing service support • Manage and track ongoing support agreements and renewals • Serve as the company’s lead point of contact with customers for program activities and support agreements • Deliver major end-to-end communications network deployments • Manage project activities to maintain budget and schedule criteria • Prepare and present project status reports to management, project staff, and customers • Achieve customer satisfaction through on-time service delivery and timely, proactive issue resolution • Coordinate technical resources within the company • Assess risks and implement mitigation plans • Review project personnel status reports and modify schedules or plans as required • Provide immediate attention and problem resolution for global customers across time zones, including software releases, bug fixes, technical bulletins, and hardware-related issues

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplined, cross functional, matrixed teams • Experience managing concurrent programs • Strong communication skills and experience presenting to customers and senior leadership • Ability to effectively work and communicate with all levels of management and customers • Strong working knowledge of business and project management processes and tools • Ability to develop customer and program-enhancing partnerships with Contracts, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and other support functions • Knowledge of Government procurement, contracting, standards, and specifications • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project • Ability to travel approximately 10% • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field • PgMP/PMP certification preferred • 5–10 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening • Must comply with federal drug-free workplace and DoD DFARS requirements; illegal drug use, including marijuana, is disqualifying
