• Deliver comprehensive training on GE HealthCare CT equipment in customer-facing environments • Coordinate customer training with sales, project management, and service organization teams • Develop product, clinical, and software knowledge within Imaging modalities • Correlate theoretical knowledge with clinical and product information to help clinicians achieve optimal equipment performance • Conduct pre-sale product clinical evaluations and educational sessions for potential customers • Develop and administer clinical training for end-user personnel aligned with Sales Order Agreements • Deliver on-site or remote clinical education and complete documentation from pre- through post-training • Provide ongoing post-installation training and lifecycle product support • Maintain customer relationships through proactive engagement • Communicate product and customer concerns or opportunities to management, Field Sales, Marketing, Customer Loyalty Leads, and Technical Support
• Associate degree or equivalent and minimum of 3 years technical/clinical industry experience • ARRT or equivalent specific modality certification • Comfortable in a clinical/patient environment • Proficient use of Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other computer and web-based tools • Ability to learn specialized industry-specific software and provide digital education and training solutions • Willingness and ability to register with one or more vendor credentialing services by various customer hospitals • Required to travel extensively, 80+% (4–5 days per week including overnights and some weekends), within the territory via car, air travel, train, and other transportation as necessary • Minimum 2 years of GEHC equipment imaging experience (desired) • Legally authorized to work in the United States • GE HealthCare will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future
