• Support sales of Ultrasound equipment into Women's Health Ultrasound markets • Demonstrate equipment capabilities on Women's Health Ultrasound products in the assigned territory of Virginia, excluding Washington DC • Maintain satisfactory after-sale relationships • Penetrate competitive accounts and communicate market intelligence, field concerns, issues, and requirements to the business • Provide leadership in market analysis and development/execution of strategies and action plans to drive Women's Health Ultrasound sales • Prospect for new customers and business • Grow and maintain the existing customer portfolio • Develop long-term customer relationships • Identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs
• Associate's degree • Must have American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) certification in OB/GYN • 5+ years of high-risk/maternal-fetal ultrasound experience • Women's Health Ultrasound clinical application and/or product knowledge • Willingness to travel 80% within the specified geographic region with occasional overnight stays • Legally authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • Bachelor's degree (desired) • ARDMS Fetal Echo and OB/GYN registry (desired) • Urological ultrasound experience (desired) • 3+ years GEHC experience in customer-facing roles (desired) • 5+ years in progressively larger formal leadership roles in a complex technical environment (desired) • Knowledge of Healthcare Information Systems, networking, and IT (desired) • Ability to work independently and with a team (desired) • Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all organizational levels (desired) • Experience interfacing with internal team members and external customers in a solution-based sales process (desired) • Demonstrated communication and clear-thinking skills, with ability to synthesize complex issues into simple messages (desired) • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (desired) • Knowledge of Healthcare industry trends and the Women's Health Ultrasound marketplace (desired)
