• Provide engineering, sales, educational, and technical support for EP products • Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business • Build and sustain credible business relationships with customers • Maintain thorough knowledge of EP products, related technical knowledge, trends, and market players • Develop, lead, and facilitate trainings and programs for healthcare professionals • Provide market feedback and product guidance to management • Provide regional EP procedural case coverage • Back up EP Sales Representatives with sales support, training seminars, clinical studies/data collection, troubleshooting, and new product in-service training • Develop engineering, sales, and technical skills related to Arrhythmia Management strategy • Assist Training and Education departments with advanced seminars and educational materials • Assist Sales with advanced product demonstrations • Remain current on regulatory requirements, company and competitor products, markets, objectives, and industry trends • Resolve or facilitate resolution of problems and identify causes to prevent recurrence • Monitor performance and report status to manager • Perform related functions and responsibilities as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, related field or equivalent healthcare experience required • Requires ability to become certified on EP products • Minimum of two years of increasingly responsible experience in the cardiac pacing and related industries • Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures • Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocol • Demonstrated advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems • Ability to apply engineering skills and abilities to interpret and solve complex clinical problems • Comprehensive written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills • Ability to meet deadlines, concentrate on detail, and work independently • Ability to work effectively with engineers, technical specialists, vendors, and customers and coordinate multiple assignments • Comprehensive personal computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office or equivalent required • Verification that you will satisfy all vendor credentialing requirements, which may include vaccination for COVID-19
