• Provide technical and clinical leadership during the pre-sales process by demonstrating Ultrasound products, uses, capabilities, and benefits • Coordinate, schedule, and execute objective-based customer system training; monitor and report training outcomes • Serve as a GI subject matter expert and clinical liaison to sales, strengthening clinical capabilities and customer relationships • Penetrate competitive accounts and communicate current market intelligence to the business • Advance new product features and clinical techniques; develop customer training plans and strategies for product assimilation and ongoing training • Support trade shows and professional conferences through product demonstrations and customer training • Act as focal point for the modality/team; identify customer satisfaction issues and assist with escalations, problem determination, and specialty training requests • Develop customer relationships, highlight key opinion leaders, and standardize and optimize protocols • Promote hybrid training delivery for customers • Maintain required pre- and post-training documentation • Follow Quality Management System and EHS policies and procedures with a safety and quality mindset
• Associate degree or equivalent • 3+ years of GI technical/clinical industry experience • American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) certification in Abdomen • Preferred: Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT), OB/GYN, Adult Cardiac, or MSK certification • Deep understanding of clinical education training and associated process implementation • Demonstrated experience delivering complex information and modifying messaging based on audience • Knowledge of Healthcare Information Systems, networking, and IT • Willingness to travel extensively 75+% (4-5 days per week including overnights and some weekends) within the US via multiple modes of transportation • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Employment visa sponsorship is not available • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • Ability to comply with customer vaccination mandates, where applicable
