ScreenPoint Medical delivers Transpara as subscription software integrated into clinical workflows and emphasizes clinical evidence, peer-reviewed validation, and regulatory clearance.

📋 Description

• Support Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams with clinical expertise, customer presentations, and Transpara demonstrations • Provide clinical and training support for USA and Canadian research initiatives, including the PRISM trial, evaluations, and research projects • Drive clinical adoption and customer engagement • Manage and track the Net Promoter Score (NPS) program for the USA and Canada • Develop and deliver clinical training programs for customers, partners, and internal teams • Lead Transpara onboarding and certification training programs for employees and partners • Curate and organize clinical cases and materials for training, marketing, and conferences • Coordinate Transpara workshops, both live and online • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to create webinars and educational content • Share customer insights with Engineering, Innovation, and Product Management teams • Address and support clinical customer feedback and complaints

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a medical or related field • Clinical and technical experience with medical imaging or AI software • Mammography technology and/or breast imaging AI experience • Strong presentation, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills • Proven experience in training and education programs • Ability to travel approximately 20% • Providing a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) or background check is part of the application procedure • Experience with script programming (preferred qualification)
