📋 Description

• Drive commercial accountability within the designated LCT • Set and execute the local 'go-to-market' strategy • Maintain strong relationships with key customers • Own the Zone P&L across all business lines • Improve business performance and customer satisfaction • Achieve business objectives by fostering strong customer relationships • Drive the adoption and execution of the GE HealthCare Heartbeat • Represent GE HealthCare externally • Acquire and maintain knowledge of GE product portfolio • Promote teamwork among different teams • Lead and inspire the team • Nurture and develop talents at LCT level • Lead a culture of continuous improvement and simplification • Ensure compliance with integrity and company policies • Promote a safe working environment

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree • Extensive experience in a Commercial Leadership role • Strong business acumen • Experience engaging with customers • Ability to engage with and deliver GE HealthCare value proposition • Experience in Channel Partner management • Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively with teams • Strong communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Proficiency in problem analysis and resolution • Demonstrated project management skills • Demonstrated tendency to challenge the status quo • Inspire and develop the team • Unyielding personal Integrity • Lean practitioner • Fluency in English • Familiarity with international business dynamics
