📋 Description

• Provide expertise in designing, developing, and integrating interactive multimedia and online technologies into educational and professional training environments • Support learning and performance for the commercial team, including sales representatives and managers • Perform instructional design work following the ADDIE process and adult learning best practices • Design and develop eLearning using Articulate 360 applications, Vyond, Adobe Suite, and other creation tools • Manage programs and develop curricula • Evaluate existing and future learning materials • Potentially perform LMS tasks and operations

🎯 Requirements

• Education (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent certification) related to Instructional Design completed or in progress • Portfolio submission strongly preferred, showcasing instructional design work created with tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, and other content development platforms • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to exercise independent judgment consistent with department guidelines • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail • Self-starter, proactive, able to work independently with minimal direction • Ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues, create solutions and meet deadlines • Demonstrated ability to analyze and problem solve • Team player with strong interpersonal skills • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Employment visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • 16+ hours weekly commitment
