📋 Description

• Own and continuously improve the AIS marketing operating rhythm • Design and embed standard work and best-practice processes • Lead the annual marketing planning process across the AIS segment • Identify and implement marketing workflow improvements • Manage the AIS Marketing new product introduction process • Maintain NPI standard work, templates, and governance frameworks • Partner with Product Management, Sales, and Medical Education on NPI readiness • Champion marketing education delivery and maximize learning-platform value • Curate regular learning content and best-practice resources • Champion AI and emerging marketing technology adoption • Identify, pilot, and scale AI use cases • Support compliance functions, including AST workflows, during peak periods • Lead or contribute to ad hoc projects supporting the broader marketing function

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, or a related role • Experience ideally within healthcare or life sciences • Experience building or improving marketing processes, planning frameworks, or operating rhythms • Strong project management skills • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver on time • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Comfortable presenting to senior leaders • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Familiarity with marketing or project management platforms • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • GE HealthCare will not sponsor employment visas • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
