📋 Description

• Oversee service operations within the Pacific Northwest geographic area • Ensure delivery of high-quality service and support for biomedical equipment at partnering customer sites • Manage a team of Biomedical Technicians located at strategic customer sites • Coordinate service activities and maintain strong customer relationships • Act as the single point of contact for timely and satisfactory resolution of customer concerns • Maintain knowledge of assigned regions, coverage areas, product lines, and configuration installations • Establish and maintain ongoing technical and business support for assigned customers • Hire and develop talent, including staffing and performance development • Execute policies and strategies using technical knowledge and analytical thinking • Propose solutions for complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and interdependent production cycles • Serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues • Lead small, low-risk projects and build team consensus

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum 4 years of experience in the medical services industry; OR military education program (equivalent) and a minimum 4 years of experience in the medical services industry; OR an Associate’s degree and a minimum 6 years of experience in the medical services industry; OR a High School Diploma/GED and a minimum 10 years of experience in the medical services industry • Leadership experience that includes leading technical teams • Ability to travel up to 50% • Ability to work from home in a dedicated office space, free from distraction with a high-speed internet connection • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required • Previous experience servicing biomedical equipment or leading biomedical teams • Strong oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Experience interfacing with external and internal customers • Experience with P&L statement
