📋 Description

• Inspect and assess vehicle damage • Estimate vehicle repair costs • Negotiate equitable settlements • Partner with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers • Consult with involved parties and review insurance contracts • Inspect vehicles and write estimates • Manage rental cars • Resolve customer concerns • Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions • Complete required hands-on training at GEICO’s Ashburn, Virginia training facility and field training center

🎯 Requirements

• Customer-facing experience preferred • Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals preferred • Active Adjusters license preferred; training and exam fees provided • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred • Valid driver’s license meeting company underwriting guidelines required • Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays • GEICO will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization
