📋 Description

• Direct Independent Agency (IA) training and operations under the Sr Director, Sales Enablement • Develop, implement, and execute the IA training strategy • Build and develop a training team focused on IA channel needs while partnering with Corporate L&D • Coordinate basic and ongoing IA training strategy and deployment with internal teams and agency staff • Identify training needs and create audience-specific solutions • Audit and adjust training curriculum, materials, and delivery methods for the IA audience • Develop multimodal delivery methods and learning journeys for National Accounts, new agency staff, and commercial specialists • Manage selection and development of line trainers and regional training management • Execute training strategy with Senior Directors, Product, and Corporate Learning • Manage qualitative and quantitative research into sales and service performance problems • Initiate training actions to improve productivity, quality, and customer service • Measure effectiveness through production lift, behavior change, utilization, and engagement • Communicate and coordinate Diversity and Inclusion assignments and expectations • Prepare department business plans, staffing projections, and budgets • Requisition supplies and materials and review budgets for cost reduction • Create an IA-specific training blueprint to support staff readiness
