📋 Description
• Manage account call center locations, assist with broad reach and other electronic group training and advancement campaigns. • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key account location managers, producers and account influencers. • Build, execute and present location specific strategic account plans, and forecasts to achieve company objectives and sales targets. • Responsible for working with all GEICO product lines i.e. Private Passenger Auto, Commercial Auto & Trucking. • Facilitate calibration sessions with Field and Inside sales resources to build consistency on the execution of NA account strategies.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as an sales resource involved with large, complex customers • Bachelor's degree in a business or related field • Proven track record of successfully developing and translating sales strategy into results. • Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills. • Compliance with GEICO’s driving standards and/or policy.
