📋 Description

• Design and build client websites in WordPress using Blocksy, Elementor and/or Divi • Translate brand standards, content and strategy into polished website designs • Create visually strong, intuitive and conversion-focused page layouts • Build responsive pages for desktop, tablet and mobile • Make decisions around typography, imagery, spacing, navigation and visual hierarchy • Work within established client brands while bringing fresh creative thinking • Collaborate with Creative, Client Success, Content and Search teams • Incorporate SEO and Search Everywhere best practices into website structure and design • Make updates and refinements based on internal and client feedback • Use modern design tools, including AI-assisted features when helpful • Integrate design, content, user experience and discoverability for client websites

🎯 Requirements

• Strong web design portfolio • Hands-on WordPress website design and build experience • Experience designing and building in Blocksy, Elementor and/or Divi strongly preferred • Strong visual design skills and understanding of typography, layout, color and hierarchy • Experience designing responsive websites across desktop, tablet and mobile • Understanding of UX, navigation and conversion-focused design • Ability to translate an established brand into a compelling website experience • Comfortable collaborating with content, SEO and client-facing teams • Organized, responsive and able to manage multiple deadlines • Agency or multi-client experience is a plus • Submit a resume and website portfolio, including examples of WordPress sites personally designed • If experienced specifically in Blocksy, include examples and briefly describe the role in the design and build
