• Analyze, develop, execute and track a strategic business plan to identify target markets, resellers, and potential partners. • Build a customer base and develop the sales funnel. • Continuously feed the funnel through business development activities and by leveraging contacts to identify new prospective clients. • Create meeting plans and conduct in-person and virtual meetings with prospects efficiently. • Deliver exceptional, personalized and proactive customer service. • Identify client needs and meet their expectations. • Grow and retain the customer base and increase customer sales. • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales. • Collaborate with our internal experts to assess, clarify and validate client needs from the outset of the relationship and on an ongoing basis. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients at the appropriate decision-making levels and across different departments. • Work with GENAIZ’s multidisciplinary team to develop proposals that address clients’ needs, concerns, goals and objectives. • Contribute to the training and development of resellers’ and affiliates’ commercial skills.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a network across pharmaceutical organizations, biotech, CDMOs and CROs. • Relevant business development experience at an executive level in technology, preferably within a regulated environment governed by Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). • Personal integrity with an honest and open personal style. • Self-awareness, active listening and the ability to adapt communication style to the audience. • Strong ability to build long-lasting relationships. • Experience developing new markets for a growing company. • Experience identifying opportunities and developing creative value propositions. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • A proactive, driven and persistent mindset. • Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment and to learn quickly. • Positive and engaging demeanor. • Ability to travel. • French is an asset.
