📋 Description

• Architect and oversee a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing and communications strategy • Define the strategic vision for national content • Manage and refine GC’s national brand strategy • Leverage data and analytics to drive digital marketing growth • Define the strategic PR roadmap • Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets • Lead daily content creation and project management • Engineer communication workflows and infrastructure • Lead, mentor, and coach the communications team

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a communications-focused role • Experience managing at least one direct report for at least one year • Demonstrated capacity to communicate public policy information to non-specialist audiences • Demonstrated outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills • Proficient in developing and editing compelling materials; expertise in Google Docs/Sheets, Canva, Hootsuite, and social media tools • Proven track record of executing communications tasks with high autonomy • Strong relationship-builder and empathetic listener • Highly collaborative spirit with a focus on project management
