📋 Description

• Make collection calls to customers • Email or fax invoices and arrange mailed hard copies upon request • Validate customer remittances and report findings to the business • Allocate payments according to customer remittances • Collaborate across Accounts Receivable entities and track aged receivables • Act as a subject matter specialist for Accounts Receivable processes and the AR value chain • Create and update Standard Operations Procedures • Respond to client queries and information requests • Identify and resolve unidentified cash and manage end-to-end cash application processes • Process cash applications to invoices and complete Daily Receipt Reconciliation accurately and timely • Follow up on customer and internal disputes and coordinate resolutions across departments • Reconcile orders to customer books, validate credits or debits, and send them for collection or refund

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or Finance, or Master's degree in Finance • English required; advanced proficiency (C1) • Knowledge of Accounting, Accounts Payable Process, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Receivable Collection, Accounts Receivable Management (ARM), Cash Application, Collections Analytics, Collections Management, Credit Risk Management, and SAP Overview • Experience with cash allocation and deep validation of customer remittances • Experience with Accounts Receivable processes and the AR value chain • Experience with a real estate client preferred • Ability to create and update Standard Operations Procedures • Ability to handle client queries and information requests • Ability to identify and resolve unidentified cash and manage end-to-end cash applications • Ability to reconcile orders, validate credits or debits, and manage collections or refunds • Must be eligible to work in the United States; Los Angeles, California-based candidates are not eligible
