📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of brand partners on ShopMy • Advise brand partners on affiliate strategy and drive results • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to brand partners • Drive retention and performance through data-backed recommendations and affiliate strategy guidance • Partner with the sales team on onboarding and upsell opportunities • Identify and resolve day-to-day account issues proactively • Deliver timely, professional communication and support to brand partners • Collaborate cross-functionally on client-success and internal-process improvement projects • Elevate conversations with strategic thinking and long-term business value • Help maintain operational excellence within the Brand Success team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 3–5 years in strategic, client-facing roles such as account management, consulting, or project management • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Ability to think strategically and act tactically • Proficiency in Google Suite, Zoom, and Microsoft Office • Adaptable, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset • Experience at a remote startup is a bonus • Knowledge of Salesforce is a bonus • Familiarity with the creator economy or affiliate/performance marketing is a bonus • Comfortable executing under tight deadlines and shifting priorities is a bonus • Must complete employment authorization verification through E-Verify upon hire
