📋 Description

• Advance renewable energy storage projects in multiple regions from greenfield prospecting and acquisition to construction-ready status • Manage internal resources and teams of consultants • Support senior developers and lead assigned projects • Secure site control, access, and interconnection; assist with ordering, reviewing, and clearing titles • Identify permitting requirements and assist with permit applications and compliance • Execute public relations and outreach strategies with local officials, stakeholders, and community members • Research and interpret generator interconnection tariff rules • Prepare and submit interconnection applications and manage interconnection studies and financial exposure • Manage project budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and fiscal analysis • Create and present project scopes, schedules, and cost-effective budgets for internal approvals • Coordinate with engineering, legal, finance, procurement, construction, energy marketing, and executive teams • Define and mitigate project risks and provide concise project status updates • Assist in tracking and bidding on commercial offtake opportunities • Travel to project locations to meet landowners, permitting officials, and local officials

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree a plus • 1-3 years of proven development experience in the renewable sector, preferably within Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) • Strong organizational skills • Articulate speaker with willingness to continually improve presentation skills • Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and management software for project scheduling, budgeting and presentations • Financial model experience preferred • Motivated to work in a small team within a fast-paced, remote environment • Ability to travel • Valid license to drive an automobile • Ability to identify and distinguish colors • Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer • Must not require employment sponsorship in the United States
