• Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer relationships within the U.S. Federal Law Enforcement market. • Lead business development activities and coordinate with the Sales team. • Establish and maintain close customer relationships to capture new business opportunities. • Execute channel development strategies and manage relationships with federal stakeholders. • Shape annual revenue plans and forecasts aligned with company objectives. • Monitor agency budgets and emerging technologies to identify future growth opportunities. • Collaborate with various teams to support growth strategies and improve customer outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Military Science, Criminal Justice, or related field required; equivalent experience may be considered • Minimum of 5 years of successful sales, business development, or channel management experience within Federal Law Enforcement, Homeland Security, Defense, Aviation, Public Safety, or related government markets. • Demonstrated experience working with agencies within DHS, DOJ, and other federal organizations with law enforcement responsibilities • Experience managing distributors, value-added resellers, systems integrators, federal contractors, and other channel partners. • Experience identifying, qualifying, and capturing new business opportunities within federal acquisition environments. • Working knowledge of federal procurement processes, acquisition strategies, contract vehicles, budgeting cycles, and agency funding mechanisms. • An MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
