📋 Description

• Work alongside Account Executives and Brokers to facilitate the loan process • Manage loan documentation and maintain active communication and compliance throughout the loan process • Verify and examine the information and accuracy of loan applications and closing documents • File and maintain loan records • Assemble and compile documents for loan closings • Serve as a point of contact for clients throughout the loan process • Ensure loan processing activities adhere to industry regulations and guidelines • Monitor transactions and support Account Executives • Communicate clearly and confidently in writing, speaking and digital formats • Maintain client needs and relationships as primary work drivers

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of administrative and office procedures and systems, including word processing and managing files and records • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards and evaluating customer satisfaction • Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel • Reliable internet connection • Quiet, professional workspace • Ability to communicate via phone calls, emails and ticketing systems • Ability to sit for long periods and work on a computer • Ability to occasionally pick up and/or move up to 15 pounds • Preferred: Experience with Encompass • Preferred: Working knowledge of Mortgage Wholesale
