📋 Description

• Analyze workflow and operational processes within healthcare provider organizations, identifying pain points, inefficiencies, and technology-driven improvement opportunities • Apply healthcare domain knowledge, systems, standards, regulatory requirements, interoperability, and workflows to create provider-focused solutions • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, stakeholders, and IT teams to design and architect technology solutions such as EHR systems, clinical decision support tools, scheduling systems, and communication platforms • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and best practices • Gather detailed requirements from healthcare professionals and stakeholders and define solution architectures addressing functional and non-functional requirements • Lead implementation and integration of healthcare technology solutions throughout the development lifecycle • Establish seamless data exchange across systems and applications using interoperability standards and protocols • Ensure user-centric usability, intuitive interfaces, and efficient interaction patterns for healthcare professionals • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and protect patient data through privacy and security measures • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and secure alignment throughout the project lifecycle • Lead the design, development, and implementation of healthcare IT solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field • 12+ years of experience in healthcare IT • Experience with provider workflows and processes • Experience with Payor workflow and processes will be desired • Exposure in leveraging Cloud to solve Healthcare use cases/problems • Exposure in applying Machine Learning/NLP to Healthcare use cases/problems • EMR/EHR experience (EPIC, Cerner) - Nice to have • Strong knowledge of healthcare industry standards (e.g., HL7, DICOM, IHE) and regulatory frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) • Ability to work in a start-up like mode displaying extreme ownership • Solid understanding of cloud-based technologies, data analytics, interoperability, and security practices within the healthcare domain • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving architectural issues
